The State of Missouri has implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to overhaul its financial management systems. The MOVE targets inefficiencies in its $53.1 billion annual budget across 17 departments, replacing legacy systems that relied on manual processes and lacked AI integration.

Kenneth Zellers, Commissioner of Missouri's Office of Administration, cited the need for innovation in public service delivery. The cloud-based solution aims to unify financial planning and eliminate data silos that previously hindered decision-making.
